I incorporate tangible, practical skills so therapy extends outside of the “therapy room”. I utilize a DBT informed approach, mindfulness and breathing techniques to address your mental health from a holistic perspective.

Please note that I do not accept insurance, however, superbills may be provided. I also offer a few limited sliding scale spots for individuals with financial hardship. At this time, I offer Zoom sessions, coaching via text and in-person sessions at a home office in Santa Barbara, California.

    Text message and phone call support between weekly sessions

    Additional fee added to weekly session

  • Couples Counseling

    Communication skills, managing anxiety in relationship and deepening your connection

    60 minutes

    Rate $220
